One of the many reasons I love my job, is because I absolutely love working with creative entrepreneurs. I love hearing the stories of how their businesses and brands were born, and their motivation for starting them in the first place!

This is THE LOVELY Ronali from Birds & Dandelions. Ronali moved over to the UK from the United Arab Emirates a couple of years ago, and brought her fab business along for the ride. She is one of those wonderful people who is just so full of warmth and creativity, an absolute pleasure to be around. Her products are beautifully handmade and handpainted, and have such a personal touch. During our session, I loved watching Ronali create a bespoke piece of work so much that I kept having to remind myself to actually photograph it, because I was so engrossed in watching the process!

We split the shoot across two locations. The first being her home, where she creates all her work and does all her brainstorming for new ideas. For the second, we decided to head to see some local street art. The artwork was created by WeareSkyhigh, and was commissioned by a local community project (The Community Brain,) themed on the gorgeous local nature reserve where many an hour has been spent by Ronali and her family over these months of uncertainty.
